Additional Services

We are also able to carry out a rent review for a fixed fee of £50.00. This fee includes reviewing rent in accordance with current prevailing market condition and advising the Landlord, negotiating with the Tenant, directing the tenant to make payment change as appropriate, updating the tenancy agreement, and serving a Section 13 notice if the tenancy is on a rolling monthly basis.

  • CP12 (annual gas safety check) £45
  • CP12 and Boiler Service £70
  • Electrical Test Certificate (EICR) £120
  • Rewires from £1,500
  • Fixed emergency callout covering first hour for gas engineer or Electrician £45
  • EPC’s £55
  • We also carry out any minor repairs for ‘FREE’ if they can be rectified at the time of inspection
  • Minor repairs to full refurbishments with our own in-house team.
