- Credit checks, employers’ reference and landlord reference obtained for tenants (and guarantor if one is required)
- Preparation of tenancy agreement
Full Management of Existing Tenancy
0% of the rent per month for the first 3 months then only 10% thereafter.
- Rent collection and statements for your personal statements
- Assistance with rent arrears
- Provision of expert legal advice
- Serve notices and court representation if necessary, at fixed additional cost (available upon request)
- Transfer of deposit handling and protection with the government backed Deposit Protection Service’s custodial scheme
- Property inspections (6 monthly inspections, twice within the first year then every 12 months from then onward
- Tenancy renewals after the fixed term has expired (if requested)(extra charge also applies)
- Fully trained office staff during working hours
- 24-hour emergency contact number for landlords and tenants
- All necessary repairs and maintenance work to be carried out using our full in-house maintenance team (including CP12’s, EPC’s, and other legally required items)
