At Etheridge Estates, we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Landlords to work with. We want to help you achieve the best performance from your property portfolio. We understand that property is an important investment for landlords. We’re very different in that we deliver the highest quality of service at all times with impeccable communication and support.

We have an in depth knowledge of the rental market as we are Landlords ourselves and have been for over 10 years now. We have project managed and carried out full refurbishments to around 300 properties as well as our own personally owned rental properties in the Stanley, Gateshead, Consett & Chester-Le-Street.

We have expert knowledge of the standards which are legally required in order to be able to let a property which is gained from over 10 years’ experience working within the areas of Housing and Environmental Health within Local Authority. We are also proud members of the Gateshead Private Landlord’s Association and The Property Redress Scheme (Membership number PRS003541)

We have our own full in-house 24 hour maintenance team of fully skilled and qualified tradesmen. This includes a Gas Safe Registered Engineer and NAPIT Registered Electricians who can provide emergency call-out’s.

We believe that your tenants and their satisfaction are important so we strive to offer them the best level of service available. We do not charge VAT on either management or maintenance costs to keep our prices the most competitive that they can be.

If you are a new Landlord or a Landlord who transfers their management over to us, we will only charge you 0% of your monthly rent for our full management service for the first 3 months. After that, we’ll charge 12% of the monthly renting keeping us one of the cheapest agents in the area.
